DALLAS, TX (November 4, 2024): Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW), a leading 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to advancing female leadership in radio broadcasting, is thrilled to launch the Erica Farber Mentorship in Management program! Formerly known as the Mildred Carter Mentorship, this program is designed specifically to empower and elevate women in senior leadership across all facets of the radio industry—including sales, marketing, programming, digital, and more. This exclusive mentorship provides a powerful opportunity for career growth and leadership development.
Applications for the 2024-2025 mentorship program are now open. Candidates in the radio broadcasting industry are invited to apply by Friday, November 22, 2024.
