BEHIND THE MIC

MIW is dedicated to using its influence and resources to help other women in radio broadcasting develop management and leadership skills.  In that spirit, we are proud to introduce our first-ever on-air mentorship program: Behind the Mic, exclusively for female on-air personalities.  The MIW Behind the Mic Mentorship program will support the growth and evolution of women on the air.
