Rising Through The Ranks 2023

Rising Through the Ranks will return this summer August 8-10 in Nashville, Tennessee. The group will also be meeting virtually prior to the in-person event providing an opportunity to add more sessions while allowing attendees the chance to get to know each other better.

What to Expect from Rising Through The Ranks:

In this women's leadership program, you will join an exceptional group of females in the radio industry to take your skills to the next level. As you explore emerging research and best practices, share experiences and insights, and try out new ideas in a supportive environment, you'll prepare to contribute more fully to your organization's ongoing success.

This program will help you lead with lasting impact and build strategic advantages for your company. You will emerge reenergized about your career and empowered with a realistic agenda for change in your company - and in your own approach to leadership.

What You Will Learn:

Learning alongside other emerging female leaders from around the country, you will engage in a rich learning experience that includes presentations from top level executives in the industry, small-group exercises, self-assessments, and personal coaching. The program features sessions on leadership, gender in the workplace, and emerging best practices that are helping today's most successful companies outperform the competition. As you learn how other successful individuals have overcome challenges in their industries, their companies, and their personal interactions, you will expand your repertoire of leadership strategies.

You will develop your own RTTR "board of directors" -- a new network of like-minded females that will help you apply your learning and continue developing as a leader long after the program.
