Erica Pefferman was born and raised in Joplin, MO. From a very young age, she was immersed in the family retail clothing business…beginning with wrapping presents during Christmas time at 9 years old all the way to managing the store and buying at markets across the country while she was still in college.
Erica attended both Missouri Southern State University as well as Columbia College in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Management. After leaving college, Erica worked at Sparlin Advertising Agency in Joplin until she started her own business in 2001. Erica became a part of the Zimmer Radio Group family in 2003, starting as an assistant and working her way up to Director of Sales in 2010.
Erica has been married to Brad for 7 years and has five children ranging in ages from 3 to 13 years old. She has been very active in her community, holding positions on committees for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, leading a financial ministry at her church, as well as serving for four years including being named President of the Rainbow House Board of Directors, for a not for profit dedicated to protecting children from abuse.
Erica has a great passion for helping people discover who they really are so they may give the best of their lives to the things that really matter the most – personal relationships, service to their community, and fulfilling their heart-felt calling in life.
