Jen Mulzer, a native to Indianapolis,has always been passionate about media, professionaldevelopment and continued education. She studied telecommunications, Journalism and English atBall State University and proceeded to work for local television writing news stories. From on-airnew stories to magazine restaurant reviews, Jen took a positionwith Emmis Communications as aLegal Analyst focused on FCC requirements and corporate governance. Gaining experience withcontract law, risk management and employment law, she developed a career in human resources.Currently as Emmis’ Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, Jen spends her time focusedon specific leadership, management and employee training, along withbeing in the role as acorporate recruiter, seeking talent and building career development resources for current employeesat Emmis.She is an adjunct faculty member with Marian University, teaching communications andwriting courses.Jen loves to spend time withherhusband and crazy little boys.
